Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. An order placed can be canceled only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please send us an email with your Order id on support@bunavat.com.
  2. A refund for a canceled order will be processed within 1-2 working days and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account. In the case of COD orders, we will require your bank account details to process the payment.
  3. Once an order is delivered, if you wish to exchange or return a product, you may do so within 3 days of receiving the product. To exchange or return an order, please send us an email with your Order id and a reason for the exchange/ return on support@bunavat.com.The product needs to be kept intact in its original packing form. We will arrange a delivery person to come and pick up the product from your address within 2-3 working days of confirming the exchange/ return.
  4.  A refund for a canceled order will be processed within 1-2 working days after the product has been picked up from your address and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account. In the case of COD orders, we will require your bank account details to process the payment.
  5. No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/ sale.
  6. For bookings made through social media, the payment needs to be made within 24 hours, after which we will release the product for sale. In case of any special request to hold the product beyond 24 hours, please contact us directly on our social media messenger or WhatsApp no. In such a case, an advance of 25%  of the product value needs to be paid to hold the order, unless otherwise discussed.
