The Saree
A delicate expression of colour and traditional Bengal handloom craftsmanship, this soft apricot peach cotton saree is woven in the Dhonekhali cluster of West Bengal. The plain body allows the gentle warmth of the peach tone to take centre stage, creating a serene and effortlessly elegant canvas. Along the edges, a distinctive Kotki border brings together warm red and white lines with intricate Ikat-inspired motifs, adding a touch of graphic detail and traditional character to the otherwise minimal body. The soft peach ground paired with the contrasting border creates a graceful balance of simplicity and woven artistry.
The Pallu
The pallu introduces a richer note of colour through bands of orange-red stripes in varying widths, creating a rhythmic and visually engaging finish. Woven into the striped composition is the traditional ‘dhaner sheesh’ motif, inspired by the form of a rice ear and deeply connected to Bengal’s cultural and agrarian heritage. The warm orange-red tones beautifully complement the delicate apricot peach body, giving the pallu a distinctive yet harmonious character.
The Blouse
This saree does not come with a separate blouse piece, giving you the freedom to pair it with a blouse in apricot peach, warm red, white, or another complementary shade. Care Instructions: The saree is not starched, allowing it to retain a soft and fluid drape from the first wear. Wash gently with a mild detergent and dry in shade. Starching can be introduced later if a crisper structure is preferred. Store folded in a clean, dry muslin cloth away from direct sunlight.

Shipping is free within India for all our orders.
For all international orders, we charge the customer at actuals. We use DHL, Aramex or Fedex depending on the service availability and cost for the location.
We offer return within 3 days of receipt of the order if there is any major defect in the saree/ dupatta or sizing issues with blouses. Please note, no return is accepted for customized stitching orders of blouses or sarees for which fall/edging have been done or pre-order has been placed by the customer. Since these are handmade products, minor irregulaties in weaving or crafting will not be considered a defect, it is in fact a proof of the authenticity of the product.
