Changed your mind? We understand.

Enjoy easy returns within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked, with free return shipping. This includes sale products and revival weaves.

Requesting a return

Email support@bunavat.com with your Order ID within 7 days of receiving your order. You don’t need to give us a reason.

Please keep the product unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging intact.

Our team will coordinate your return at no shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, email us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and the product you’d like instead.

We’ll arrange the return first. Once we receive and check the returned product, we’ll ship your replacement, subject to availability. Any price difference will be settled before dispatch.

What cannot be returned or exchanged?

Our seven-day return and exchange policy excludes:

• Custom-stitched blouses

• Sarees with fall and/or edging done

• Pre-orders

If any of these arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can help.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 1–2 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 7–8 additional working days to credit the amount.

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you for your bank account details.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing support@bunavat.com with your Order ID.

For custom-stitched blouses and sarees requiring fall and/or edging, cancellation is available only before the requested work begins.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 1–2 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 7–8 additional working days to credit the amount.

A note on handmade weaves

Small variations in the weave, texture and finish are part of the character of handmade textiles. They do not affect your eligibility to return an otherwise eligible product within seven days.
