ORDER & SHIPPING
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free within India for orders above Rs.999. For international orders, shipping needs to be borne by customers irrespective of the order amount.
International Delivery of Orders
We deliver worldwide. We use India Post EMS Service for the same. We can also provide services of DHL, Aramex and Fedex. The shipping charges need to be borne by the customer. To place an order for international delivery, please check with us on +91-9667665572 for the shipping charges before placing an order.
Need invoice for your order
Bill/Invoice for orders is sent to the registered email. In case you want the bill again, mail us on support@bunavat.com. We’ll be glad to assist you, also mention your Order id in the message.
PAYMENT & REFUND
Payment Options
We accept online transfers through debit cards, credit cards. We accept cash on delivery (COD) in most cities of India. You can check with us for COD availability in your location. COD is not applicable to any discounts/ promotions running on the website Also, COD is not applicable for orders valued above Rs.10,000.
I want to request for a refund
Refunds for online payments are processed automatically and should reach you within 7-8 working
days in your bank account used for payment. In case of COD payments, please reach us via email
below, we’ll be glad to assist you. Also, share your order id in the mail.
I haven’t received my refund
Processed refunds take about 7-8 working days to reach your bank account from the date of
processing. For any more information regarding your refund please contact us via email.
Payment deducted but order unsuccessful
If your money has been debited for an unsuccessful order, it will be credited automatically within 7-8 working days. If it has been longer or you have additional questions regarding this, please reach out to us via email (support@bunavat.com) and we will be happy to help!
HELP WITH ORDERS NOT YET DELIVERED
Modify /Edit Order
Your order can be edited before it is despatched. You could contact the customer support team via email (support@bunavat.com) to do so. Once the order is dispatched, no further changes can be made. Please mail us regarding your grievances and we’ll get back to you shortly.
Cancel Order
We’ll do our best to help you out with order cancellation. Contact us through our helpline (+91-9667665572). However, after the order is dispatched, please contact us via email (support@bunavat.com) as soon as possible. Queries regarding refund of payment made online, contact Bunavat’s helpline number.
Can I provide special instructions for my order?
While placing an order, you can add any special request or instruction in the 'special instructions' section during checkout and we’ll do our best to make your experience a memorable one.
HELP WITH DELIVERED ORDERS
The order didn’t reach but shows delivered
This is highly unlikely, we apologize for the inconvenience caused, be rest assured your order is secure with us, please reach us on support@bunavat.com with your order id and we’ll get your order delivered at the earliest possible.
Items missing from the order

Items different from what I ordered
