This saree is a handwoven silk cotton Maheshwari on which Ajrakh hand block prints have been done in madder, black, and indigo natural dyes. The saree has a woven traditional Maheswari zari border and thin zari stripes on the pallu. The light red sandalwood colored body has 4 horizontal panels of Ajrakh prints in madder, black and indigo each using a different block. The pallu is also printed with Ajrakh motifs. The pallu ends with beautiful indigo handmade tassels. The saree doesn't come with a blouse piece.
