Shipping Charges
Shipping is free within India for orders above Rs.999. For international orders, shipping needs to be borne by customers irrespective of the order amount.
International Delivery of Orders
We deliver worldwide. We use India Post EMS Service for the same. The shipping charges need to be borne by the customer. To place an order for international delivery, please check with us on +91-9667665572 for the shipping charges before placing an order. For cancellation or return of an international order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges, Bunavat will only refund the product charges to the customer.
Payment Options
We accept online transfers through debit cards, credit cards. We accept cash on delivery (COD) in most cities of India. You can check with us for COD availability in your location. You can also Paytm us the amount on +91-9910005401 and send us a screenshot to complete your order payment. COD is not applicable to any discounts/ promotions running on the website and for Revival Weaves. Also, COD is not applicable for orders valued above Rs.10,000.

Modify / Edit Order
Your order can be edited before it is despatched. You could contact the customer support team via email (support@bunavat.com) to do so. Once the order is dispatched, no further changes can be made.

Cancel Order
We’ll do our best to help you out with order cancellation. Contact us through our helpline (+91-9667665572). However, after the order is dispatched, please contact us via email (support@bunavat.com) as soon as possible.

Can I provide special instructions for my order?
While placing an order, you can add any special request or instruction in the delivery instruction slot
and we’ll do our best to make your experience a memorable one.
The order didn’t reach but shows delivered
This is highly unlikely, we apologize for the inconvenience caused, be rest assured your order is
secure with us, please reach us on support@bunavat.com with your order id and we’ll get your order delivered at the earliest possible.
Help with payments/ refunds issues
I want to request for a refund
Refunds for online payments are processed automatically and should reach you within 7-8 working
days in your bank account used for payment. In case of COD payments, please reach us via email
below, we’ll be glad to assist you. Also, share your order id in the mail.
I haven’t received my refund
Processed refunds take about 7-8 working days to reach your bank account from the date of
processing. For any more information regarding your refund please contact us via email.
My payment failed while ordering / Payment deducted but order unsuccessful
If your money has been debited for an unsuccessful order, it will be credited automatically within 7-8
working days. If it has been longer or you have additional questions regarding this, please reach out
to us via email (support@bunavat.com) and we will be happy to help!
Query regarding my order bill amount
Shipping is free within India for orders above Rs.999. For international orders, shipping needs to be borne by customers irrespective of the order amount. GST is charged during checkout @5% as stipulated for handloom products. However, if you have any further query please reach us via email (support@bunavat.com) and mention your Order id in the email.

Need Bill/Invoice for your order
Bill/Invoice for orders is sent to the registered email. In case you want the bill again,
mail us on support@bunavat.com. We’ll be glad to assist you, also mention your Order id in the message.

Bunavat Rewards Program
The Bunavat Rewards Program is applicable only for customers who register on our website, not for guest checkouts or shopping via social media platforms. There are 2 programs - Bunavat Knots (Loyalty Points) and Bunavat Tribe (Referral Discount)
1. Bunavat Knots
We are glad you are shopping from us and supporting our work. So, we would like to thank you and offer you a little token for your loyalty. Now for every purchase you make on our website, you will earn Bunavat Knots. For every Re.1 spent by you, you will earn 1 Bunavat Knot and 100 Bunavat Knots = Rs.1. So you can accumulate your Bunavat Knots and encash them on your next/ any other purchase. The knots get added to your account automatically on every purchase you make.
2. Bunavat Tribe
If you are happy with your shopping experience, help us spread the word. Now you can refer your friends and earn discounts when they make their first purchase on our website. When you refer a friend using the 'Rewards' icon on the rightmost bottom of the screen, your friend will receive a discount coupon of Rs.250 that she/he can use to shop on a purchase of Rs.2000 and above. Once your friend's order is shipped and fulfilled, you will receive an email with your discount coupon of Rs.250 that you can use on your next purchase without any minimum order value. Please note, for this to be applicable, we will evaluate the uniqueness of the addresses and contact details and in case of any discrepancy, Bunavat's decision will be final in this regard.
