The Saree
An exquisite masterclass in clean architecture and everyday drapeability, the body of the saree is handwoven from fine, breathable pure cotton in a rich, deeply saturated purple base that radiates a bold and sophisticated elegance. This dynamic canvas is beautifully detailed with an intricate all-over grid of fine yellow and pink checks that lend the body a beautifully textured dimension and a lively geometric rhythm across the entire silhouette. Framing this striking checked body is a magnificent, classic Ganga Jamuna layout, featuring contrasting borders on either side. The upper border is built on a brilliant rani pink base, while the lower border features a radiant yellow base. Both borders are intricately adorned with a sharp, repeating row of traditional serrated Naksha temple motifs pointing inward to frame the piece with a regal, structural edge and an immaculate weight.
The Pallu
The magnificent pallu gracefully showcases a bold, artistic continuation of the handloom’s warp, grounding the piece in its authentic West Bengal heritage. The design layout commands attention as it transitions seamlessly into a dramatic layout punctuated by extra-weft motifs forming bold, rhythmic geometric blocks and thick woven stripes of bright yellow and vibrant magenta. Giving it a powerful, contemporary appeal that balances the traditional grid of the body, the textile culminates beautifully in classic, meticulously hand-tied tassels.

Please note that this traditional heirloom piece is woven in a classic standalone format and does not include a blouse piece, allowing you the creative freedom to pair it with a solid mustard yellow, rani pink, or deep violet blouse to create a highly sophisticated, complete look.

Shipping is free within India for all our orders.
For all international orders, we charge the customer at actuals. We use DHL, Aramex or Fedex depending on the service availability and cost for the location.
We offer return within 3 days of receipt of the order if there is any major defect in the saree/ dupatta or sizing issues with blouses. Please note, no return is accepted for customized stitching orders of blouses or sarees for which fall/edging have been done or pre-order has been placed by the customer. Since these are handmade products, minor irregulaties in weaving or crafting will not be considered a defect, it is in fact a proof of the authenticity of the product.
