Wax resist Batik is a traditional textile art form in India that involves using wax to create intricate designs on fabric. The wax is applied to the fabric using a brush, which creates a resist effect, meaning when the fabric is dyed, the areas covered in wax do not absorb the color, resulting in a beautiful pattern. Depending on the design and the number of colors in the fabric, the process is repeated.
