Ilkal Sarees
Ilkal sarees are woven in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka, in the Ilkal town. The specialty is the traditional 'topi teni' red and silver silk pallu which is woven separately and joined to the body using ‘kondi’ technique. Our Ilkal sarees are all made using natural fibres like cotton or silk. This has been accorded a Geographical Indication tag.
