Mishing Sarees
The Mishing tribe is one of Assam's indigenous communities synonymous with handloom weaving practiced by the women. Their overall conscious lifestyle and oneness with nature is what inspires the motifs in the Mishing weave; from flowers, birds, diamonds, geometric patterns to stripes.
